A snip in Lavender was well ahead of it’s Thyme❤️

Be Well

Yesterday I went to the dentist for what I thought was a somewhat routine visit to have a couple of crowns put on and a filling addressed.

5 hours later I was finally able to walk out of the dentist’s office. Long day…  I was in a good deal of discomfort from having to hold my jaw open for that long and also from the gum tissue that had to be cut away with the laser. Not to mention the 10 or so shots of novocain I courageously endured… It wasn’t that bad I guess, but what can I say… I’m a strong one or so my dentist told me. He had to use more novocain than normal. He said “You need more than the average bear”… I nervously giggled. Was he relating me to a bear? I thought, no.. I was now a full fledged Queen as I received my first and hopefully last 2 crowns ever…  Who knows, but he made me laugh. Btw.. I really like my new dentist. Great guy! Dr. Brian Trachtenburg. Check him out and mention my name if you are in the market for a new dentist who is completely thorough. They give out nice gifts to all new patients 🙂 http://www.tymatrachtenbergdental.com

He explained to me how challenging my situation was. Long story short. I was told to get on a pain reliever right away. I had to disagree. FYI.. During the procedure I felt called to send Reiki healing to myself, the hygienists, and to my dentist.I could see his back was now hurting. Astonished… Each one of them inquired as to what I had done? I didn’t do anything, I am only the vehicle through which the energy flows. What exactly is Reiki they asked? I explained as they wanted to understand it better. All three of them commented on how much better they felt and how much smoother the procedure went afterwards. Then they asked me for a business card. Excitedly I obliged.

On the drive home I immediately began thinking about using my essential oils for wellness support. I called my dear friend and business partner Anna Pantuso-Plenzick from http://www.bluelotusacupuncture.net to see if she had any other oil ideas, as two heads are always better than one. I had a feeling to contact another one of my lovely friends, Diane, from Cloud Hands so I could get in for a reflexology session ASAP! Together, all three of us came up with these wonderful oils to use from what I had on hand. A blended recipe for wellness was created for overall immune health and pain relief. I’m calling it Be Well❤️

Here’s what I used:
3 drops lavender❤️❤️❤️
1 drop Lemongrass❤️
1 drop of Thyme❤️
***I added a bit of fractionated coconut oil as a carrier oil
***This is important as certain oils can affect the skin making it more sensitive.

My friend Diane suggested to place the oil blend on the tops of my toes as this area is connected to the jawline and to the mouth in reflexology. I also separately ran a drop of pure grade lavender essential oil over the outside of my jawline and up my spine as instructed by Anna, for relaxation. The body knows how to heal when we offer it the correct tools to do so. I proceeded to diffuse 2 drops of Serenity oil in my petal diffuser. If you have not smelled Serenity yet let me tell you, it was simply Divine. It’s a calming blend. A Great oil to use for a restful night’s sleep. And finally Lavender and Thyme are both anti-microbial and anti-fungal, since I opted not to be placed on an antibiotic. *I believe that there are specific times when an antibiotic is warranted. However, to me this was not one of those times. Often it seems easier for people to quickly pop a pill. However have you read some of the side effects? Most of them are more harmful than the illness itself… No Thanks! It’s up to you to take back your health and support your own wellbeing. I sure am.

I attribute using the essential oils to the main part of my wellbeing not to mention all the prayers, and postive thoughts from my healer friends, Loved ones in Spirit, God and the Angels. Feeling so grateful as I was able to comfortably sleep through the night. Incredibly I feel like a million bucks today. Omgosh! I am amazed… I was told by Dr. Trachtenburg that it would be at least 4-5 days before the pain in my gums and the swelling would probably subside. I want to share with you that there is absolutely no pain in my body what so ever, and no swelling either. I also did not have to take any foreign medications. Not even an advil. The use of Pure Grade Therapeutic Essential Oils from my new favorite company, dóTERRA.
